New Updates to Underlying Auto Attachment Points in Maryland

We are lowering our attachment points for the underlying automobile requirement in Maryland.

Effective March 10 for new business and May 9 for renewals:

• In Maryland, we will be able to offer our admitted product for most of our Preferred and Standard business with a minimum attachment point for the underlying automobile at $250,000/$500,000/$100,000
  • If these underlying limits are chosen, the maximum limit we will offer on our admitted product is $1 million
  • If higher limits are desired, the underlying automobile attachment point will need to increase to $500,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $500,000 combined single limit
• The above changes are already effective in Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia
• This change will go live in North Carolina on March 23
• Renewals for North Carolina will go live on May 13
