Effective June 3 for new business and July 28 for renewals:
- In Massachusetts, we will be able to offer our admitted product for most of our Preferred and Standard business with a minimum attachment point for the underlying automobile at $250,000/$500,000/$100,000
- If these underlying limits are chosen, the maximum limit we will offer on our admitted product is $1 million
- If higher limits are desired, the underlying automobile attachment point will need to increase to $500,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $500,000 combined single limit
- The above changes are already effective in Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia
