Effective immediately, we have lifted the binding prohibition for the following:

Florida: entire state
Georgia: Charlton, Clinch, Ware, Echols, Lanier, Lowndes, Brooks, Thomas, Grady, Decatur, Seminole, Atkinson, Ware, Brantley, Cook, Colquitt, Mitchell, Baker, Miller, Early

The binding prohibition has also been expanded for Hurricane Laura to include the following counties in Texas: Refugio and Newton.
