Effective September 23, 2020, the property binding restriction for Tropical Storm Beta is lifted for the following Texas counties: Cameron, Willacy, Kennedy, Kleberg, Nueces, San Patricio, Aransas, Refugio, Calhoun, Matagorda, Brazoria, Galveston, Chambers, Harris, Brooks, Jim Wells, Live Oak, Bee, Goliad, Victoria, Jackson, Wharton, Fort Bend, Liberty, Hardin and Orange.
Because our policies are effective at 12:01 a.m. at the mailing address of the named insured, you should not accept any binder for a risk located in these counties with a date prior to September 23, 2020.
