We are excited to announce we’ve made some coverage changes that will make our Condo product more competitive. We are a market for owner occupied, secondary, and units rented to others on an annual, seasonal or short-term basis.
Coverage enhancements include:
- Special Form coverage for Coverage A – Building available on all risks including tenant occupied annual and short-term rentals
- Special Form coverage for Coverage C – Contents available on all risks including tenant occupied annual and short-term rentals
- Replacement cost on Coverage C – Contents available on all risks including tenant occupied annual and short-term rentals
- Water backup/Sump pump coverage of $5,000
- Home-sharing form to provide peace of mind for those renting their entire unit on a short-term basis using a home-sharing site
