- DP-3 Special Form and replacement cost available for dwellings up to 90 years old
- No age restriction on a DP-1 Basic Form
- Policy terms of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months available
- Vandalism is included on DP-3 and optional on DP-1
- Risks with renovation work up to $250,000 in costs, including insured acting as general contractor
