Texas
Brazoria, Galveston. Harris, Chambers, Jefferson, Orange
Because our policies are effective at 12:01 a.m. at the mailing address of the named insured, you should not accept any binder for a risk located in the above locations with a date prior to August 30, 2021.
The property binding restriction remains in force for the entire state of Alabama and Mississippi.
It is not permissible to bind this company on any new business or to increase any property limits on in-force policies in these areas.
