Our comprehensive Mobile Home Park product is designed to protect mobile home park owners for general liability and certain property exposures. We have no limitation on the percentage of owned mobile homes rented to others and have no liability deductible. In addition, we can consider accounts with community exposures, such as laundry facilities, clubhouses, playgrounds, pools and sports courts.
Eligible Risks
- Up to 500 pads per location
- Accounts with common facilities, such as playgrounds, pools and sports courts
- Parks with owned units rented to others

- Coverage can be written over another primary carrier with an A.M. Best rating of B++ or better
Ineligible Risks
- Pads for RVs (other than incidental exposure)
- Parks with campgrounds or golf courses
- Parks with age-restrictive covenants
- Poorly maintained parks (not skirted, no handrails)
- Occupancy rate below 60%
