Binding Prohibition Lifted: Tropical Cyclone 16

Yellow and blue graphic announcing a USLI and Devon Park Specialty binding prohibition.

Effective immediately, the property binding restriction in place for Ophelia has been lifted in the following states: North Carolina, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey.

Because our policies are effective at 12:01 a.m. at the mailing address of the named insured, you should not accept any binder for a risk located in the above locations with a date prior to September 25, 2023.

As a reminder, our binding prohibition did not extend to renewals. We will honor the terms we quoted. Because your customers may have offices closed, loss of phone, etc., make sure you refer any renewals that are requesting backdate to your underwriter.
