Through our Charities and Business Associations product, we can now consider membership-based nonprofit cemeteries (members will use their plots for burial purposes) for general liability. Many such risks are historic cemeteries with no active burials, but the association maintains the property.
We can consider the following:
- Up to 100 acres
- No chapels, crematoriums or funeral homes
- No purchasing of additional land
- Plots are not used for resale
