You may often think of USLI for Vacant Buildings, Lessor’s Risk and rental accounts, but did you know the commercial lines team also has an appetite for so much more? In 2025, we made updates to several of our coverage and service options:
- New warehouse product: targets mini warehouses and private storage used by the insured. Some key features include allowance up to 100,000 square feet of space for general liability, inclusion for RV/boat storage/parking as part of the mini warehouse classification and the ability to consider up to 50,000 of personal property of the insured
- Contractor’s Equipment on an Inland Marine/all risk form: increased maximum limit for individual pieces of equipment to $250,000. This allows USLI to write larger equipment such as grading/paving and excavation equipment
- Concessionaires news: we have expanded the inland marine per item limit from $35,000 to $50,000 for the insureds trailer/cart or stand and we also now can consider vendors that operate in smaller stadiums or venues up to 15,000 seats
- Start any quote online: most of the commercial lines products are available for bindable quotes from start to finish, however, if a quote is unable to be obtained for a specific class, it can submitted to an underwriter instantly for fast review and response
