- CPL as a market solution: With property markets facing rising rates and non-renewals, our CPL product offers a strong solution for meeting liability needs for those self-insuring or using state-run property programs. In addition, we provide personal liability coverage for homeowners building a new residence, as well as for RV lots, whether owner-occupied or rented to others.
