Binding Prohibition Lifted – Glass and Zogg Fires

-

- Advertisment -

The binding authority restriction in place as a result of the Glass and Zogg fires is being lifted for Napa and Shasta Counties.

It is okay to accept binders on new business or increased limits on policies on risks in those counties effective today.

As a reminder, our binding prohibition does not extend to renewals. We will honor the terms we quoted. Because your customers may have offices closed, loss of phone, etc., make sure you refer any renewals that are requesting backdate to your Underwriter.
