New Updates to Underlying Auto Attachment Points in North Carolina

We are lowering our attachment points for the underlying automobile requirement in North Carolina.

Effective March 23 for new business and May 13 for renewals:

• In North Carolina, we will be able to offer our admitted product for most of our Preferred and Standard business with a minimum attachment point for the underlying automobile at $250,000/$500,000/$100,000
  • If these underlying limits are chosen, the maximum limit we will offer on our admitted product is $1 million
  • If higher limits are desired, the underlying automobile attachment point will need to increase to $500,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $500,000 combined single limit
• The above changes are already effective in Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia
