Binding Prohibition Lifted: Hurricane Idalia

We continue to think of you, your customers, your families and those in your office currently affected by Hurricane Idalia. 

Effective immediately, we have expanded the property binding restriction in place for Hurricane Idalia to include the following Georgia and South Carolina counties:  

GEORGIA
Appling, Atkinson, Bacon, Berrien, Bullock, Coffee, Cook, Decatur, Evans, Grady, Screven, Seminole, Tattnall, Ware

SOUTH CAROLINA
Berkley, Colleton, Dillon, Dorchester, Florence, Georgetown, Horry, Jasper, Marion, Williamsburg

The property binding restriction remains in place for these Florida and Georgia counties:

FLORIDA
Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Lake, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Marion, Sumter, Suwanee, Union

GEORGIA
Brantley, Brooks, Charlton, Clinch, Echols, Effingham, Long, Lowndes, Pierce, Thomas, Wayne

It is not permissible to bind this company on any new business or to increase any property limits on in-force policies in these designated areas. 

During this period, we will accept binders for all renewals at the limits and terms in our renewal quote.
