Effective immediately, the binding prohibition in place due to Canyon Fire has been lifted in 91310, 91354, 91355, 91381, 91384, 91385, 93015, 93040, 93063 and 93252.
Because our policies are effective at 12:01 a.m. at the mailing address of the named insured, you should not accept any binder for a risk located in the above locations with a date prior to August 11, 2025.
As a reminder, our binding prohibition did not extend to renewals. We will honor the terms we quoted. Because your customers may have offices closed, loss of phone, etc., make sure you refer any renewals that are requesting backdate to your underwriter.
