Due to recent events, effective immediately we have implemented a binding restriction for our Hotel/Motel product. It is not permissible to bind Devon Park Specialty or USLI and its carriers on any new Hotel/Motel business or to increase property limits on any in-force policies. During this period, we will accept binders for all renewals at the limits and terms in our renewal quote.
This restriction will remain in force until we send notification that it has been removed.
