UPDATED COMMUNICATION – Wednesday, August 5 – 10:48 AM (ET) – Effective immediately, the binding restrictions are lifted in all states for Hurricane/Tropical Storm Isaias: South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Because our policies are effective at 12:01 a.m. at the mailing address of the named insured, you should not accept any binder for a risk located in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont with a date prior to August 5, 2020.
